First, I make a list of people and animals, places, and things that are positive in my life. I read this list out loud to remind me, I am not alone and there are things to be thankful for.
Example: My Office with innernet.
Second, I say why I am thankful and I state it in a pray. Why can change.
Example: Before the COVID, I was thankful for my office because my office had innernet to work. Now my office with innernet is my safe place to work.
